I should have specified about the boneless thing. I used boneless chicken breasts when I made this so that the entire cut was edible (no fat, skin, bone, etc). I would think this would freeze fine. I've never had trouble with freezing sour cream/milk based sauces. I do it all the time.

Hi Beth!
I typically only use boneless chicken breasts, it should taste the same right? Also, would this be a great meal to freeze ahead of time?
THanks for the recipe!

Every soldier has duct tape in his ruck, it is one of the MAIN tools of the military (and us military moms too!). Last thing I duct taped, power cord to my laptop (the end that plugs into the laptop).... until I get around to buying a new one.

Last thing my son 'wanted' to duct tape: the (broken) arm of my daughter-in-laws eye glasses. Last thing he 'tried' to duct tape: his 3 1/2 yr old son (my grandson) -- to his chair (*KIDDING!-but the thought was there! :-)

Yes, it sure did! I'm rather proud of it too. A neighbor drove by while I was doing it, so I wonder what they thought (or think of it now). It makes me smile as I drive by, so it's definately worth it in humor!
