I used boneless chicken breasts when I made this so that the entire cut was edible (no fat, skin, bone, etc). I would think this would freeze fine. Last thing I duct taped, power cord to my laptop (the end that plugs into the laptop).... until I get around to buying a new one. Last thing my son 'wanted' to duct tape: the (broken) arm of my daughter-in-laws eye glasses. Last thing he 'tried' to duct tape: his 3 1/2 yr old son (my grandson) -- to his chair (*KIDDING!-but the thought was there! :-) Every soldier has duct tape in his ruck, it is one of the MAIN tools of the military (and us military moms too!).
