Do I technically know what this story is about? No! My brother-in-law, Dale Carothers, has published his first piece of science fiction writing called, “Intuo”, and I have yet to read it. (It’s hot off the press) As you can see from the excerpt below, this story is intriguing on many levels. I love sci-fi stories, yet I’ll admit that I am the one talking during a movie asking “ok, how was that possible? Oh, a portal” and stuff like that.
Dale is one of the funniest, most creative people I know whom I fear in a game of Trivial Pursuit. I have no doubt this story is going to be interesting and well-written. If you’d like to buy a copy, see what it’s all about, and say, “I knew him long before he was on the New York Best Sellers Book List”, you can head over to Kaleidotrope.
Please feel free to come back here and leave some reviews for Dale to use. We’ve love to hear from you! If you’d like to contact Dale directly, send me an email from my contact us page, and I’ll put you in contact with each other.
Excerpt from “Intuo” by Dale Carothers:
“When the screaming and the sweating and the pushing started, Lu was there, at the base of the stained, wooden birthing chair, with her funnel-topped bottle…”
